Terms and conditions - Thank you for using Samaya Cab website and app. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. These terms and condition of service (the "T&C") are intended to make you aware of your legal rights and responsibilities with respect to the Customer/User’s access to and use of the Samaya Cab Website at www.samayacab.com


Customer- All the user is using Samaya Cab app or website for making new cab booking. We allow to Signup/Register with us to any person of over the world. The customer can use our service through our app/website. It will available all platform.
Cab Owner- The Cab Owner is a partner to Samaya Cab to invest money to purchase Cab/Taxi own cost. Samaya Cab will charge commission as per booked business.
Driver- The Driver is a Cab Owners person. The Cab owner appoint his/her own cost, Samaya Cab will verified drivers document as per low.
Raised cab fare bidding- Samaya Cab app allow to customer raised fare bidding after finalized Pickup and Drop location.
Offer fare- As per received raised bidding to the nearest drivers, the drivers will offered fare with 30second to the customers.
Accept/Reject bid- The customer have right to accept or reject bidding on choice.
Booking cancellation- The drivers and customer have right to cancelled booking after finalized fare. Both have right to cancelled booking without any reason.
Rewards- Samaya Cab will allotted rewards "Cash coin" to the customer for promotion purpose.
Local ride- Samaya Cab app call to local ride, around 45 KM to center of city.
Base fare- Samaya Cab decided minimum base fare as per government law.
GST/Tax- Samaya Cab charged GST/Tax amount of each booking as per the guideline of GST/Tax department. All GST/Tax amount is included in Bidding amount.
Customer rating- Samaya Cab give option to driver app to rate the customer 1 to 5 after completing the ride.
Driver rating- Samaya cab give option to customer app to rate the driver 1 to 5 after completing the ride.
Customer support- Samaya Cab manage "Grievance team" for support 24/7 the customer by chat / call / email.
